We will confirm availability and prices and send
you a Booking Form. |

Complete a booking form and enclose the deposit
of £100 per week. |

Step 3 |

Your booking will be confirmed as soon as we
have received your deposit and booking form. |

Step 4 |

| |
The balance of your rental cost, together with
the refundable security deposit is payable 6 weeks prior to
your arrival in Florida. On receipt of this payment we will
send you details, giving directions to your vacation home and
information on key collection. |

We strongly recommend that you arrange adequate
travel insurance for yourself and all members of your party. |
